Triad Real Estate Partners is a boutique multi-family and student housing investment sales firm with offices in Chicago and Ann Arbor. We are selectively seeking hungry self-motivated people interested in starting or continuing a career in real estate brokerage. The ideal candidate will be licensed with some brokerage experience. Our culture is work hard-play hard, entrepreneurial and less formal than the bigger firms, where brokers are empowered to grow their own business with our help and support.

Duties will include working with our current brokerage team (who has a combined 100+ years of experience in the business) with a strong focus on prospecting and uncovering new owners who are interested in selling their asset. We will support you in every way possible once you uncover a new opportunity, including – assisting you with your valuation proposals, shadowing you throughout the sales process, going on any meetings you prefer to have us join, having full access to our massive database of owners, helping you market your deals to our investors, etc.
